Filter bags and baskets
We offer a wide range of filter bags with filter area from 0.07 m2 to 0.5 m2 and selectivity from 0.5 to 800 microns.
Non-woven as well as woven mesh filter bags are available to meet different requirements.
Bag filters are available in a variety of configurations in a wide range of materials, surface finishes, seams, gaskets and handles. In addition to the standard filter elements, special filter bags and materials are available, for example for high efficiency filtration or absorbent elements.
Bag filters are terminated with a closed carbon steel, stainless steel, polypropylene, polypropylene or polyethylene ring gasket. Details are provided in the respective bulletins. Bag filters comply with FDA requirements.
Sleeve element types
Elements of non-woven fabric
Bag filters are made from non-woven material and constitute the standard range of bag filters. These elements offer highly efficient filtration and are available in a variety of materials depending on the application: polyester, polypropylene, nylon, PTFE, PPS and viscose.
Sleeve filters using the structure of a woven material. Monofilament material is made from nylon, polyester, polypropylene or PTFE.
Sleeve filters are made of woven material (multifilament) - nylon or polyester.
Bag filters are designed specifically for the use of absorbent substances in bag filters. The sleeves are made with polypropylene microfiber, activated carbon, and are also empty to allow the addition of any custom absorbent.
Additional option: the use of baskets with different weaves and mesh sizes as filter elements that can be used as a sieve for coarse filtration.

High Performance Elements
Bag filters are classified as "high efficiency" filters with 92-99% efficiency. The structure of these baghouses consists of a unique combination of layered filter materials.
Long life elements
Bag filters are constructed using a multi-layer material structure to extend filter life. Multi-layer bag filter material offers more sophisticated volumetric filtration than standard bag filters.
