Pure
FDA quality meltblown polypropylene filter cartridges.
Filters in two efficiency classes: absolute and nominal. All types are produced using the meltblown technology, which consists in producing submicron fibers while blowing the polymer in a stream of hot air. The filtration efficiency for absolute filters is 99.98% (β = 5000), for nominal filters - 95% (β = 20). The advantages are high cleaning efficiency and absorption, with relatively low flow resistance, which results in low losses pressure. Cartridges are very well suited for filtering gel-like and other hard-to-filter contaminants. This, as well as their low cost, makes the cartridges of this series a good choice in most ordinary applications, despite the relatively low dirt holding capacity.
Typical applications: pre-filtration before fine filters, electronics (deionized water), food industry and beverages (water, beer, wine, light juices, alcohol), cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals (emulsions, inks, resins, varnishes, solvents, acids, magnetic dispersions ), condensate filtration, petrochemistry (formation water filtration), other general industrial applications.
